Jeanne is a seasoned vocalist with a career spanning over 30 years of performing in the Tri-State area and nationally. This powerhouse of a singer has shared the stage with many striking artists such as Lisa Lisa, Andy Aledort, Phil Grande, Breaking Point, and Heart and Soul. Her versatility in different genres span from jazz to blues, disco, R&B and funk delivering electrifying performances that have captivated audiences. Through soulful renditions and magnetic stage presence, Jeanne B will transport audiences thru a tapestry of Amy Winehouse's archive.
Sam Bryant is nationally known as "the freight train". He has been playing drums and percussion for over 30 years. He has recorded and is currently touring with the Kenny Wayne Shepherd's band as Chris Layton's first sub call. Sam has played with numerous international artists, such as Popa Chubby and the 2-time Grammy nominated artist Brandy Clark, along with countless others. He was a fixture in Manhattan with the Jon Paris Blues band at BB Kings. Sam is a dynamic and diversified drummer who always delivers the groove that make people want to get out of their seats and dance.
The stage is no stranger to this Brooklyn born bass player. Music is in his blood. He is the grandson of famed jazz bassist, Jack Fay. Glenn Palermo has climbed the ranks at a very young age and has toured, backed up and recorded with many famous bands, such as, The Drifters, The Platters, Harold Melvin's Blue Notes, Grammy-award winner J.Ivy, The Coasters, Macklemore's Wanz, The Crystals, The Marcels, Napalm, and the Scofflaws. He is a seasoned musician with over 30 years of experience in the field and can fit into any musical genre because of his emphasis on groove.
Norman Pors is a pianist, composer, arranger, and teacher who currently resides in New York City. He was awarded a B.M. in Performance and Arranging from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and an MA in Jazz Composition from NYU. He has performed in various rock, R&B, blues and fusion bands, such as, The Dave Matthews Band, Bob James, David Sanborn and The Gil Parris Band. His compositions and arrangements have been recorded by jazz vocalist Donna Cumberbatch as well as features in the Chuck Jones documentary. He has performed in theater productions such as Cabaret, The Music Man, South Pacific, and Annie to name a few. Norm is not only a performer and a music teacher, but he is a music director and coaches a vocal workshop in Astoria.
David Phelps is a proud member of the world-renowned jazz jam band, International Orange. They have performed in many prominent New York City clubs such as the Blue Note and NuBlu and has toured internationally.
David has also played with notable musicians such as Neil Sedaka, Peter Apfelbaum, MacArthur grant recipient Dapnis Prieto, Tony Scherr, Bill Frisell, Adam Holzman, and Mona Lisa Overdrive. Growing up in Texas, David started out playing bass cabaret before learning the blues and rock on guitar. He then decided to move to expand his music variety to include jazz and jazz rock. David studied at the Banff Center of the Fine Arts, as well as North Texas State University. He then decided to pursue his musical career further and so he moved to NYC. David electrifies audiences with his scintillating solos and intricate compositions.
Trombonist and composer Jared Dubin was born and raised in central Connecticut. He was exposed to music at a young age through the influence of his grandfather. Following high school, Dubin pursued a double major in Music Education and Jazz Studies at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT, where he studied the jazz trombone. After graduating, Dubin began to work professionally, first simultaneously as a high school band director and sideman in various big bands, and then as a cruise musician. He enrolled in graduate studies at Queens College where he jumped headfirst into the New York scene. Jared Dubin has performed at various venues and festivals, including Dizzy’s Club, Webster Hall, and The Paramount Theater. He has performed with jazz legend Jon Batiste and has been an integral member of the iconic New York City-based ska band, The Scofflaws, over the past decade.
